Patty and Sue in Paris the First Day
Paris doesn’t ask for your attention—it simply deserves it. Whether it’s your first time or your fifth, the city always leaves a mark on your heart.
🗓️ Day 1: We came in via Eurostar from London. I highly recommend killing two birds with one stone, and hire a private driver to pick you up and take you on a 4 hour tour of Paris. It runs about 75.00 an hour plus train station pick up fee. Note: they store your luggage so you’re not schlepping it everywhere.
Morning: Start at the Eiffel Tower (of course). Truth be told I have never climbed the steps for the view, so many other places not as crowded to get that view.
Grab lunch at a cafe, I think the French food is amazing at any of the cafe’s. Pretend your Emily in Paris and grab a table outside.
Afternoon: Wander over to Trocadéro for that postcard-perfect photo, then stroll through the Champs-Élysées and end at the Arc de Triomphe.
Get checked into your Hotel, I like to stay in the Opera district, shopping, easy access to restaurants and safe!
Evening: Cruise the Seine River at sunset—watch Paris light up as the Eiffel Tower sparkles as well as a front row set to Lady Liberty on the River.
Please message me if you’d like the driver I used when in Paris.
